At MedFortune Healthcare Training Academy, we stand behind the quality and value of our products and services. We work hard to ensure every customer gets the best possible experience. That being said, it’s important to clarify our stance regarding refunds.

It is also to be understood that, any of our subscribers who cancel their purchases before the expiry of their purchased courses will not get a refund at any circumstances.

  1. Digital Goods

Given the nature of the digital services provided by Medfortune Academy, including access to educational content and revision materials, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless one of the guarantees given by Medfortune Academy has been breached, or as required by consumer protection laws applicable in your location.

  1. Subscription Services

Upon subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the stipulated subscription fees. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. This applies to one time purchases, monthly and annual subscription services.

  1. Exceptions

There may be circumstances where a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis. These may include system errors leading to duplicate charges, or if you were charged prior to the end of a free trial period (if applicable).

  1. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to revise our refund policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and will apply to any purchases made after the changes are published.
